One bad night of sleep tanked the whole day, unfortunately. So a low-energy day of walking and cleaning (but the morning script did help), watching YouTube before I start my new job next week, and revisiting some of the chicanery of Why We Sleep.
I used to be able to sleep for 8 hours straight. But whether it's age or a thousand hours of meditation, I'm a much lighter sleeper now. And given that sleep is roughly a third of our lives, perhaps that's what I should be revisiting next … once I better separate the fact from the fiction.
